I hear all the time of insecurities because of our bodies. I’m too little, I’m too big, etc. Its crazy how I used to be that girl who struggled with my body every second of everyday. In fact in this very photo (from a couple months ago)I remember feeling so fat because I was comparing my body to the girls around me. Don’t get me wrong I still have my days where I struggle with body insecurity but throughout this month I’ve also learned how I want to strive to be healthy and NOT skinny. “Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.”1 Corinthians 19-20.

Our bodies are a temple for God so when we look at how big our God is, we remember how worthy and beautiful we are(- @lrdozier ).We have a purpose throughout every body to reach other women and men and remind them their bodies are beautiful. Stop making a choice to have a bikini body because the bikini was made to fit your body and your body was NOT made to fit a bikini(- @spencer.barbosa ). Stop hurting your body to be this certain shape. Even when you get tinier and tinier your body looks will never satisfy you until your learn to love it! Stop moving your body to be skinny but move your body to be healthy!

Give your body the movement it needs, the proteins it needs, all the things your body needs to fulfill your body as a temple. Don’t be skinny to impress the guys for you can show off your body but glorify God with your body and stay modest. Your body is beautiful and you have to believe and remind yourself that in order to love your own skin. Once you learn to love your own body, you learn how blessed you are for the body God has given you!! Strive to be healthy, NOT skinny. Strive to glorify God with your body, NOT the worlds image and desires!
